BBQ Baked Chicken and Baked Beans

I used chicken breasts because I like white meat, however sometimes I get a whole, cut up chicken. You can use whatever pieces you like.

Sprinkle your chicken with salt, pepper, a dash of garlic powder, and Tony's.

I make a sauce made of a smorgasbord (sp?) of ingredients: BBQ sauce (sometimes I use a couple of different flavors like a honey BBQ sauce and a hickory smoke sauce), either syrup or honey, Tony's, a bit of garlic powder, salt, and pepper...you can add whatever you like though. Some other good things to add are A-1 cajun marinade and worcerstire sauce.

Cook at 350degrees for an hour or until chicken is done.

For the baked beans, I take a couple of cans of pork n beans.  Then, add a bit of ketchup and mustard.  Stir.  Add syrup and BBQ sauce (again, I usually use a couple of different kinds of sauce).  You can also add finely chopped or minced onions. Layer the top of the beans with bacon.  Cook at 350degrees for about an hour.

Here is the finished meal  (you can use the sauce from the chicken as a good topper for mashed potatoes)
