A friend of mine, APRIL, wanted to create her favorite restaurant dish, drunken steak (rib-eye). She guessed on the ingredients, and made a steak that was "dead-on".
She made a marinade out of minced garlic (from the jar), soy sauce, honey, and white wine. The steak was then marinated for 4-5 hours.
She topped her steak off with sauteed mushrooms and onions.
