Meatloaf

Ingredients:
Ketchup
2 lb hamburger meat (ground chuck is best for this recipe)
1 can corn (optional)
Half an onion, chopped
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Package of meatloaf seasoning
1 cup bread crumbs
Salt, Pepper, and Tony's (Tony's is optional)

Directions:
1. Mix meat, eggs, all seasonings, bread crumbs, onion, and milk until the meat mixture becomes firm and sticks together easily.  (If using fattier meat such as standard ground beef, you may need a little bit more of the bread crumbs)

2.  Add corn to the meat mixture (as much or as little as you want, again, this is an optional ingredient but does wonders for the texture).

3.  Stir in about 1/2 cup - 1 cup of ketchup.

4.  Spread mixture evenly into 8x8 casserole or put into a loaf pan.  Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top.

5.  Bake at 350degrees for one hour.

6.  Drain excess fat/grease from the pan.

ENJOY!!!
